The typical house of the region, the rustico Sumprai, is situated above the village Selva, 15min. drive from Poschiavo, located on a sunny terrace on 1500m above sealevel, overlooking the whole valley.The house has recently been renovated. There is a large livingroom with kitchenette (gas and wood stove) and with a pull-out double bed, one bedroom with 2 beds, bathroom with shower. Electricity by solar cells, warm water by gas instantaneous water heater.The house is surrounded by meadows, suitable for children of every age. The house is fully equipped (but has no washing machine and no phone). Car park 50m in front of the house, bedlinen only on request. Take your own towels with you.The area of Puschlav is situated on the southern side of the Bündner Alps, contrasty area with vineyards and glaciers and manifold vegetation. It is a good starting point for lots of hikes, marked footpaths and unique area with numerous forests and lakes, mild climate from may-october.
