The Chalet is situated in Ladir (1250m above sealevel), above Ilanz, close to the "white arena", Obersaxen and Brigels, in a restful, sunny south slope location with dreamlike view to the mountains.In wintertime there is a free skibus connecting Ladir with the basic mountain railway stations of Laax. A skirun is leading directly from Crap Masegn (2477m above sealvel) to Ladir/Ruschein.The marvellous mountainsummer offers numerous possibilities: for instance hiking, biking, thermalbaths in Vals,...The rooms are on 3 floors: On the ground floor is the kitchen, living-diningroom, 1 bedroom (2 beds), 1 toilet/shower. On the attic floor there is a bedroom (2 beds) and an anteroom, stairs and a niche under the roof ( 2 beds). In the basement there is a large bedroom (4 beds), 1 toilet/tub and a sauna.Heating:stone stove with electro store.
