Description
The house is situated in a very small village in the Malgantone. It is on about 700m above sealevel in a very restful location, rustic furnishment and cosy athmosphere. The house disposes of an electric heating. In the livingroom there is a fireside. Playing in the village is no no problem for the kids- it is traffic -free. Numerous car parcs at the edge of the village, 2-3min. to the house. Shoppingpossibilities in the neighbouring communities (5min. drive). A big shopping centre is in Agno ( 15 min. drive) or in Lugano (25min. drive).The tenants have to clean the house themselves.
