The villa has three floors. One (1) apartment per floor. Each apartment is about 100m2 in total area. Each apartment is totally independent from the other.

Each apartment has 1 big bedroom, a very large living room with 2 divans/beds, kitchen and another room.There is a balcony on the sea view side and another balcony/terrace on the front side of the villa.

House keeping services are included in the price. The housekeeper cleans the apartment every other day and washes all dirty linen belonging to the villa.

The weekly rental (EUR490.--) cost is up to and includes a maxium of 4 guests.

Guests are met at the airport (Crown-point) and taken to the apartment by the caretaker. (cost EUR 15.--)
At the villa the housekeeper shows the guest around and gives the guest the keys for her/his/their apartment.

The caretaker and housekeeper are also there to answer any questions guests may have, and advise them.

The nearest beach by foot is 10 minutes from the villa. The closest town to the villa is Scarborough, the Capital of Tobago, which is about 5 minutes by car from the villa.

Most beaches, international golf courses(Mt. Irwin and Hilton), supermarkets (PennySavers), tourist sites, are within 10 minutes drive by car from the Villa.

I recommend for your convenience and comfort that guests rent a car/motor bike. This can be arranged at the airport or through Auto Rentals from which our clients get a special price.

Full payment has to be made in advance of rental dates.

The most convenient airline to travel to Tobago with is BRITISH AIRWAYS, fly/connect directly to Tobago from Europe. BWIA also flies to Tobago but via Trinidad

La villa a 3 étages. Un appartement par étage. Chaque appartement fait environ 100 mètres carrés en tout et est complètement indépendant de l’autre. Chaque appartement a une grande chambre à coucher, un très grand living avec deux canapés-lits, une cuisine et une autre petite pièce.
Il y a un balcon avec vue sur la mer et un autre balcon/terrasse de l’autre côté. Le jardin, et les arbres fruitiers sont à la disposition des hôtes.
Le service de nettoyage est inclus dans le prix. La gouvernante nettoie l’appartement tous les deux jours et elle change et lave les draps ainsi que les linges de bain.
Les hôtes sont accueillis à l’aéroport (Crown Point) et emmenés à l’appartement par le concierge. La gouvernante les reçoit à la villa, leur donne toutes les indications nécessaires et leur donne les clés de leur appartement. Le concierge et la gouvernante sont à la disposition des clients pour répondre à toutes leurs questions et pour leur donner tous les conseils utiles.
La plage la plus proche, à pied, est à 10 minutes de la villa. La ville la plus proche est Scarborough, la capitale de Tobago, Elle se trouve à environ 5 minutes en voiture. La plupart des plages, cours de golf, supermarchés (PennySavers), sites touristiques sont à 20 minutes en voiture.
Pour votre confort et parce que c’est plus pratique, il est recommandé de louer une voiture ou une moto. Ceci peut être fait à l’aéroport chez Auto Rentals, où nos clients peuvent obtenir un prix de faveur.

Le paiement intégral doit être effectué avant les dates de location.
