The vacation rental
The room/studio is 40 metres in size with ALL MODERN AMENITIES
installed.
You have your own private entrance with car parking if necessary. The
efficient Swiss transport system is only 5 minutes walk from the villa.
There is a small terrace outside for your personal use.

The surrounding area
It's in a villa situated next to a farm and forest on the southern
side with view of countryside all round. On the northern side another villa.
In the east there are some apartment buildings and to the west full view
of countryside, 'La Haute Broye'. The efficient Swiss transport
system - bus and train - is only 5 minutes walk from the villa. With it,
all the major tourist sites are at your door step. No car needed. Long
walks, hiking, bicycle, eco tourism at it's best. Montreux, Lausanne,
lac Léman, Fribourg, Bern, Geneva are all a train ride away. A newspaper
agent, restaurants, post office, and small grocery are 5 minutes walk
away. Lake Geneva (lac Léman) and the Swiss Alps are both within easy
reach either by car or train.
