Nearby there is a small tuscan village, with an old church,little shops and 2 restaurants. Massarosa which offers a supermarket, bank, post office is in the plain, 5km down the hill, while the seaside resort of Viareggio lies 15km away. And there are superb views from this villa accommodation close to Viareggio and Lucca. When it's very clear you can see Corsica island, and the house is ideal for visits to Versilia, Lucca (25km), Florence (90km), Pisa (30km), the Chianti area and the 'Cinque Terre'. There are also visits to local wineries.
All kind of sports can be practise, especially water aports on the coast, mountain bike, horse riding,golf club in Pietrasanta (20km).
