Independent Chalet at 5min. walk from the village Lauenen. Marvellous view. Large and bright living/diningroom, 3 little bedrooms, oil heating, kitchen an bathroom renovation in 2004, cellar (store room), covered terrace, TV (no cable), video player, radio and tape recorder, simple fireside, small lawn/seating place in front of the house, 1-2 car parks
2009 two cottages will be built 100m behind our house. There could be some disturbance because of this. So the price will be reduced (reduction: Fr. 100.-/week).

The price includes electricity, water and garbage taxes.

Shopping: in the village at 5min. walk.

In winter season: family skilift and cross-country trail in Lauenen (15min. walk from the house, 4 min. drive by car, free parking at the skilift).

10min. drive to Gstaad. Various hiking possibilities from spring to autumn.
