The apartment is situated at "Davos-Platz" on the 6th floor and can be reached by lift. The apartments has been renovated and lovingly furnished to a higher standard. The living/dining room is approx. 33 sqm. and gives access to the balcony facing south-west (approx. 5 sqm). Two high-quality fold-away beds as well as 2 single beds in a alcove (can be separated with a curtain). The apartment is ideal for 2 people.

Enjoy the romantic sunset view ower the alps of the Grisons from the balcony.

You can reach the town center and the bus stop to all skiing and hiking resorts on foot in 5 minutes. There you will find supermarkets, retail shops, kiosks etc. You can walk to the train station or mountain railway to the "Jakobshors" within approx. 12 minutes.

Healthy climate for asthmatics, allergic people and people with skin problems. The climate on the hig mountains of Davos is for many chronically ill person often the last possibility to break the cycle of their illness. Here, you will not find any house dust mites and the air pollution exposure is extremely low.
