At an exclusive location on the hills of Anse Marcel, not far from the marina (10min walk), surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, near the 'Privilege Resort Spa' with tennis courts, squash court, fitness and beauty farm, 5min drive to restaurant, 10min to next grocery, 40min to the airport, 20min to Marigot:

Living space, on one level: Large Salon/dining room, open, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, 3bedrooms (each160), all with shower/WC.

Cable-TV, DVD, internet, stereo set, phone, safe, American fridge, espresso machine, electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumbler. Air conditioning, ventilators. Comfortable furnishing and decoration with tasteful art objects.

Overflow swimming pool 12x5m, sun terrace, covered terrace with dining area, pool house with dining table, gas barbecue, garden furniture. Electric portal.

Access-road requires 4WD.

Water sports, golf (18holes), deep sea fishing, tennis, squash, hiking, horse riding, dutyfree shopping.

Arrival and departure day for our villas in Saint Martin is any weekday according to flight availability. In low season the villas can be rented on request for a duration of less than 7nights. During the Christmas/New Year period the minimum rental is two weeks, but the weekdays for arrival and departure can be choosen freely.
