In a traditionnal and completly restored village, the cottage built with stones has to share the garden with the owners. Nicely decorated with quality furniture, air conditioning, and a large covered terrace open on the swimming-pool to share with the owners. Close from Barjac and near by the Gorges of Ardèche, the 70 m² cottage is converted comfortably for 4 people. On the ground floor, a large room to live (30 m²) with american kitchen, living room and dining room, 1 shower room with toilet. On the first floor, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. Shaded terrace with garden suite made from teck wood. Swimming pool (9mX4,5m) with shallow bath (20 to 40 cm deep) and large bath (70 cm to 1,6 m). Views over the swimming-pool and countryside. The owners speak english and italian. Sorry no pets allowed. |
