“Perla” is a lovely villa located in Terrasini area, at about 10 km from the International Airport of Palermo “Falcone & Borsellino) and at about 30 km from Palermo downtown.
Villa Perla, like a pearl, is overhanging the fascinating coastline bathed by the crystal waters of Tyrrhenian Sea and the sight rears over the whole coastline of Western Sicily. The beauty of the nature is so enchanting with the breathtaking scenery of the dawns and sunsets that can be watched from the house.
The Villa has a direct access to the sea reachable through a little path going down to the underneath bay.
The inside of the villa is through a living-sitting room with large panoramic windows from where can be enjoyed the spectacular sea view as described above. A little corridor leads to the kitchen, very colourful and well equipped. The corridor also links the three bedrooms, one from which is with queen size bed, one with twin beds and one single bedroom. There is one bathroom with shower.
Villa Perla is surrounded by large veranda that permits a total privacy using the outdoor facilities. Outside there is also an external kitchen with barbecue. A nice balcony over the sea is characteristic for the pool area provided as well with outdoor showers.
