Meaning: 24 hours electricity and drinking water supply, telephone, Internet access and cable tv are as a matter of course.Very centrally situated, you can reach Cabarete, the world famous surf and kite surf mekka within a few minutes as well as the center of Sosùa with its beautiful bay.The villa is fully fitted for a enjoyable stay. Bath towels, radio / TV, books, games, barbecue etc are a matter of course. The pool is palm-fringed and in the Caribbean garden there are always blooming orchids or a tropical plant carrying its fruit.The kitchen is fully equipped. Our maid Rosalba will spoil you at your arrival with a Dominican "Bienvenido - drink" and a evening meal. Tropical fruits and juices are for breakfast.Cleaning of the the house is included in the price (5 days/week), as well as laundry and if requested also daily cooking. Our villa can therefore offer total relaxation for the whole family.

The house is situated in the small and very authentic fisher village and thermal resort of Caldes d'Estrac (Caldetas). It is one of the oldest beach resorts in Spain being it the play-ground of the Catalán aristocracy and high "burgeoise" during the turn of the last century. Still today you can admire the stately homes built during those times that line the promenade. The town is excellently located for day-excursions to Barcelona, the Montseny, up the coast to visit the Costa Brava, the Dali Museum in Figueras or the medieval towns and castels inland.It is a paradise for a sports person as several golf clubs, ecuestrian clubs and tennis and paddel clubs are very close by. Also Spain's largest sailing and yacht club as well as the fishing port that supplies Barcelona with fresh fish daily are only minutes away. The town looks upon a never ending promenade and beach and has its back protected by a long mountain chain which is densley forested. A dream-come-true for any mountain-bike fanatic as it is criss-crossed with trails. The town also boasts a Picasso museum, several very sofisticated and renowned fish restaurants, an indoor food market filled with local produce, a Roman thermal bath and a 5* Hotel and spa. The train station is in walking distance, with direct trains to the centre of Barcelona leaving every 30 min. The house, built at the start of the last century, has 12 rooms, a 65m2 garden, a 16m2 terrace and a 15m2 patio. It enjoys a fantastic view as it lays directly next to the beach. It is in good condition and has one fireplace, central heating, two TVs, one with German, Inglish, French and American channels and a modern kitchen with all amenities. Even though it has no parking space of its own, there is plenty of space infront of the house. The villa faces South, Southwest and offers breathtaking views over 30 kilometers of the French Riviera Coast, the beautiful islands of the "Iles d'Or" and the lovely Maures Hills.La Londe les Maures is situated between the charming classic Provencal village Bormes les Mimosas and the ancient small city of Hyères, some 45 minutes from St.Tropez, 20 minutes from the local airport at Hyères/Toulon, a little closer to Marseille than to Nice.Villa Le Tolé was built in 1999 on four half levels and is of the classic contemporary style with a large open plan kitchen, dining room opening to spacious terraces (250 square meters), partly covered. Living room on mezzanine. All four bedrooms are facing South and open each to the pool side terraces (three) or a deck (one) and are well shaded by Venetian style arches. Two large Tunesian style shower rooms, three water closets.
