The beach is nearly white, very fine, 90 % without any algae and the way into the water is aslope - ideal for children.As Diani beach is on the Indian ocean there is rising tide and low tide, making it ideal for sun worshippers and people who love doing water sports. Depending on the coast, the beach can be 15 - 50 meters wide.There are shopping possibilities (boutiques, pharmacies, super markets, souvenir shops, banks, etc. and very gut restaurant very close by. Ming Villa It is a villa of two storeys with a fenced natural garden of 900 sq.m.; living area is about 190 sq. m.; a swimming pool of 4 x 8 m. with built in steps. The villa was partly renovated recently with practical furnishings. It has been used as a holiday resort for just one year. Feedback from tenants have been extremely positive. The two floors of the villa are independently served with its own kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The ground floor has two bedrooms with 2 beds in each. The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, deep freezer, and dinning table. It is served with a bathroom cum toilet. The upper floor has a living room with Swedish stove, TV, CD player, stereo unit. The living room exits on one side to a veranda with a good sea view. The opposite side exits to the dinning room and the terrace. Each of the veranda, the dinning room and the terrace has a dinning table enough for eight. There are two bedrooms served with two bathrooms cum toilets. One bedroom has a double be and the other has a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. Other facilities in the villa include central heating, barbecue, pool side deck chairs (3), car port for two cars and space for an additional small car. Important : not suitable for wheelchair. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking villa. Location of the Property The villa is in the district of Adsubia in Javea, a town on the coast line between Alicate and Valencia and is only 15 minutes away from Denia or Moraira. It is 1 km from supermarket, shopping center, banks, 2 km from restaurants of all ranges and 2 km from the sandy, pebble or rock beaches. List of Facilities Javea can be reached by flying into the International Airports in Alicante or Valencia (each about 70 km from Javea). Within 15 minutes' drive you will find facilities for sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, go-karting, fun fares for children. There are also amusement and theme parks, natural wonders further away from town. |
