The apartment lies in the bathing resort of Nice, situated between sea and mountains, the first mountain stations can be reached within one hour, just as the Italian border.The apartment is situated in the heart of a typical quarter of Nice, 500m away from the harbour of amusement. This quarter has numerous little shops and restaurants (particularly with local specialities) and the apartment is located above a shop with frozen products, a larger shop is 500m away. The old town of Nice, where you can find a lot of pubs, bars, nightclubs and restaurants, can be reached in a 15 minutes walk. The old town of Nice is the quarter of entertainment and it’s only 5 minutes away from the beach.The apartment is situated in a large court, and the contact with the neighbours thus rather distant and there’s no traffic noise to endure. In summer there’s sun in the apartment from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with american kitchen, partly equipped (glass-ceramic stove, refridgerator, etc.), 1 independent bathroom, WCs and a common court. Ce quartier comporte de nombreux petits commerces et restaurants (essentiellement de spécialités niçoises) et l'appartement se situe juste au dessus d'un magasin de produits surgelés, à 500m d'une grande surface. L'appartement est à 15 min à pied du vieux Nice où se trouvent les pubs, bar, boîtes de nuits et restaurants. Le vieux Nice est le quartier des sorties par excellence à 5 min de la plage.L'appartement se situe dans une vaste cour intérieur, le vis-à-vis avec les voisins est donc assez éloigné et nous n'avons à subir aucun bruit de circulations automobiles. L'appartement est ensoleillé de 10h du matin à 21h l'été.L'appartement comporte deux chambres à coucher, un salon avec cuisine américaine semi-équipée (plaques vitro-céramique, frigo...), une salle de bains indépendante, des toilettes et une cour intérieure commune.
