V437 Position Sammontano is a private estate by the sea halfway between Sorrento and Massa-Lubrense. You can reach both areas in a few minutes by car/bus. The estate is composed of villas and apartments and the one we are proposing is a few meters away from another villa we manage (have a look at reference V435). Very characteristic is the arched panoramic window that you have in the living area. From the same living area, you have access to an ample terrace with view of the island of Capri, equipped with sun-beds, swing-chair, table and chairs. At about 5 minutes walk is a small pebble and rocky beach where you have free of charge the use of sun-beds, a rowing boat and a pedalò that you share with the guests of the other villa (have a look at ref. V435). Bus stop at the entrance to the estate.TypologyYou reach the villa going down 6 steps and you enter an area furnished with good taste that is divided in a living-room area and a dining-room area. V422 Position It is true that the Bay of Nerano is of extraordinary beauty from whatever position you look at it, but from this villa you have the impression that you can reach out and touch the sea with your finger. In actual fact the sea is not far away. Following a small private lane that is part of the property you can reach a pathway that connects the Bay with a small but enchanting cove known as the "Cove of dreams". Following this pathway, you soon reach the beach and the restaurants of Nerano. The position is enviable both for those who moor their private boat as well as for those who instead just hire a boat for a day or two. By boat you can reach the marine park of Ieranto that is about 2 km away and also the island of Capri.
