Villa Fiore This is an old manor house lying 1 km from the little village of Fiore, on the hills opposite Todi, in one of the most intact and pretty areas of Umbria. From the villa there is a beautiful panorama of Todi, of the hills and of the valley that continues as far as Assisi. Villa Fiore is a typical stone building surrounded by an enclosed garden with tall trees and on one side a private 10x20m swimming-pool with dressing-room, two bathrooms and a large sun-bathing terrace. The property is on two floors in the main building giving 14 beds, while the other 8 beds are in the annex about 70m away close to the pool. The villa has every possible convenience: dishwasher, multi-function oven, washing-machine and dryer, satellite TV, telephone, and internet connection. Villa Petrea Villa Petrea is a building in typical nineteenth-century style, with all four walls in stone and lying at the edge of Chianti in the village of Bucine, at the start of the road that goes all the way down the valley of Val d'Ambra and along the edge of a large part of the sienese Chianti region. The villa is on the top of a low hill surrounded by cypresses and centuries-old olive trees. It has been completely renovated to bring the interior comfort up to the standards of the beauty of the building and the result is decidedly high-quality. Villa Diodati In the village of Marlia, about 8 km from Lucca, you will find some of the most beautiful villas of the 16th century, famous not only for their elegant architecture, but also for the gardens and grounds that surround them. Of these villas Villa Diodati is perhaps one of the most interesting. The architecture of the villa was completely transformed in the 1700s, and you can still admire the frescoes on the walls and on the ceilings, and in particular the beautiful vaulted stairs that lead to the upper floors. Il Parco The property is inside the renaissance grounds of the Villa di Rovezzano (Villa Favard), at the south entrance to the city of Florence, on the old roman road called Aretina.
