Entering the house there is a hallway and leading off this, there is a small well-equipped kitchen with microwave. Leading off the other side of the hall there is a small twin bedroom with big windows facing the garden. A short steep flight of stairs leads to the master bedroom with a double bed, seating, shower/WC and a small dressing room ensuite. The attractive, well-furnished living/dining room has a large dining table, TV, mini-bar, and open fireplace with comfortable seating. Off the living room stairs lead to an open plan bedroom with a double bed and seating. The unusual and most delightful gardens have a newly built swimming pool (approx. 42sqm in size) with a children’s end, a barbecue, and along with garden furniture, benches, sun umbrellas, a fish-pond, and a roofed over area, creates the perfect private setting for relaxing and dining Al Fresco. A detached studio built in maisonette style, leads off the garden via stone steps. Elena Viran Episkopi This charming, 3-storey villa, is positioned in the small hamlet of Viran Episkopi, some 14 km away from Rethymnon. Villa Elena is 220sqm in size, suitable for 7 people, and is surrounded with pretty gardens within large grounds of 15.000sqm. There is a private swimming pool with children’s pool (total size 55sqm).On the first floor there is a large open plan living/dining room with open fireplace, TV, and comfortable seating. The well-equipped built in kitchen has an electric cooker with oven, dishwasher, and a large dining table. There is also a vacuum cleaner. Also on the first floor there is a large bathroom with shower/WC and a washing machine. Interesting outings can be made to the traditional village of Margarites, the ruins of old Eleftherna, and the famous monastery of Arkadi. During the Venetian rule over Crete this village was owned by the aristocrat Mattheos Kallergis. Much of this atmosphere has been preserved, like picturesque narrow streets, arcades, a fountain with an Arab inscription and more. The village is situated in 12 km distance to Rethymnon and about 3 km to the sea and is surrounded by olive groves. The residence is a building amidst of a small garden with flowers and trees. In from of the villa there is a swimming pool. On the ground floor is the living room with open fireplace, dining room, kitchen,telefon (coins), a grand piano and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is also an separate one-room studio with pool view, a double bed, kitchen corner and private bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor there is a separate 2-room flat with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen corner and a private bathroom with shower/WC. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds. On the first floor there are 4 separate flats, each with its unique style. They have a common terrace with a wonderful view at the surrounding hills with their olive groves. mein Kretisches Strandhaus My Cretan beachhousebetter I have to say "your beachhouse" there are unit for everybody in a small family run complex with pool straight at the Cretan Sea.Different holidayflats from 40 - 95 m/2, with 1 up to 3 bedrooms for 2 up to 8 guests per unit, and also some oneroom studios.Each unit has a kitchentte,but normaly the typical familyrestaurants arround are cheaper than selfcooking.So you can choose what you need and ask us too for advice if you are some friends, a large family or a group whats the best, or may be whats the cheapest or the most comfortable way.............,so the rates and details you find are only examples.some real typical and cheap family taverns are arround, one minimarket, 2 supermarkets, a petrol station and the bus stop, all in not more than 500 meter distanceits realy straight at the beach and no road inbetween, according your unit you will have to walk 20 or 50 metersCar/minibus rental from/to ports/airports all over Crete can be organized too.For some properties its possible that our driver will bring you at arrival to your accommodation……….. |
