JUA02 This villa which belongs to our luxurious holiday homes is located in Juan les Pins near the city of festival of Cannes on an approx. 2000 m² large, closed property with flowers, shrubs and mature trees. The pool (approx. 13 x 6 m) and the garden from which you can see the Mediterranean between the pines, are looked after regularly. Nearly all rooms in the house are South facing and some of them have an air conditioning.The owners of the house who are living in the villa for a part of the year have equipped it with particular furniture so that you dispose of an elevated comfort.
