The furnishings are simple in bamboo but elegant. SIDI-BOU Villa Sidi-Bou is located near Castellammare del Golfo and overhangs the reefs of Cala Bianca (White Cove), named from the white color of the rock. The distance from the Palermo International Airport is around 50 km., app. 3 km. from the center of Scopello village, antique Cetaria known as big tuna’s production center and nowadays famous with its crystal waters and characteristic cliffs, and app. 3 km. from the Nature Riserve Park Lo Zingaro, with its invalueable phlora and phauna.The Villa is organized on ground level. There is a living room surrounded by two verandas. One of the verandas has marvelous sea view over Cala Bianca and the second veranda is orientated to the yard where in very confortable environment you can have some moments of relax enjoying the tranquillity and the beauty of the nature.Villa Sidi-Bou has an external kitchen which is very well equipped with barbeque and furnace, where different Sicilian dishes could be prepared.Relaxing outside on the veranda or sitting at some of the benches around he kitchen you can enjoy the nice view of the maintained garden rich of different Mediterranean plants that create particular angle of paradise and emphasize the contrast with the white and blue colored house. The outdoor swimming pool is an attractive refresh during the hot summer days.The whole villa spreads the scent of an Arab atmosphere due to the fact that the style in which the house is arranged, all the elements and the furniture are chosen according Tunisi traditions. The owners live on premises.This apartment is accessed from the driveway/courtyard up an external staircase to the second floor. ALBA Villa Alba is a very cozy and friendly unit located in the teritory of Trapetto at only 3 km from the city’s centre, provided with all necessari services such as bank office, medical centre, supermarket and so on; approximately 1 km from the sandy beach; near 15 min. from Palermo Airport and around 30 minuti from the Palermo downtown.The Villa is arranged in one level on the ground floor and the entrance is through the living room which is comfortably furnished with a wide arch door that leads to the luminous kitchen. There is a stair door and wooden lodge that creat a particular angle for conversations or reding. The kitchen is functional and is characterised by naif style of decoration represented by the drawings over the door that separates from the living room. CARTA Villa Carta is situated in the area of Cinisi and enjoys a splendid panoramic view over Punta Raisi and the Gulf of Castellammare. The distance to the Palermo Airport is about 5 km. and that to the Palermo downtown is about 30 km. The charm and the position of the villa is emphasized not only from the structure built with typical local materials such as stones in which is grafted the wormth of wood and terracotta but also from the luxury furniture and maintained garden characterized by English path and various Mediterranean plants.The villa is organized in two levels. Around the house there are wide verandas with stone archeds and wooden roof from where you can access the living room – a very elegant and refined environment, arranged in various spaces and angles suitable for reading or having conversation. A whole scene is dominated by the fire place in stone over which an elegant staircase is twisting up to the first floor. An element that destinguishes the hall giving it a sophisticated flavour. The furniture consists of some antique and precious objects.The hall is connected with the dining-room as well as with a small corridor which leads to the kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are various external angles where moments of relax can be enjoyed.The typical position of the villa i.e. the few choilometers from Punta Raisi and therefore from the airport (Falcone-Borsellino) determines a certain aspect that is the distinctive sound of the aircrfts that in fact is not a troublesome as the fixtures of the house which are wooden and the glass make the unit distant from any disturbing elements.
