Remote from mass tourism they offer accomodation for 4-12persons and with own large swimmingpools. All of our villa are actually situated not more than 50m- 300m from the beach. There are many attractive locations to visit, excellent shopping facilities and specific restaurants throughout the vicinity Furnishings:Most of our family homes with swimmingpools are furnished in the villa Marinera style with an own large swimmingpool, 2-4 bedrooms and a parking slot. Furnishing can be slightly different from one home compared to the other, but all of them offer an open grill on the terrace to enjoy your barbecue partys among family and friends. In the south of France one can find moderately priced hotel accomodation (like etap-hotel & ibiz-hotel group) near the motorways of Montellimar)in the area between Lyon and Orange.Remote from mass-tourism one not only finds quietness and relaxation in RIOMAR but also great opportunities to actively enjoy your family holidays.Nice and snug beachcafés ( during the weekends offering music & dance), pedal boats, bikes, jet-ski and quads to rent, 2 tennis courts, a new playground for the kids on the beach, horse-riding facilities and a lot more. On the sidewalk along the beach you will find some cafés and more than 12 various specific restaurants in the area.To go shopping you just go straight into Riomar and you'll find a café selling fresh buns, a small supermarket, a baker's and a butcher's shop. Bathing season in Riomar lasts from april untill the end of october. ( Ask for special offers of villas for families ! )Most of our visitors from the northern part of Europe (UK, Scotland, Ireland, Scandinavian countries) prefer the milder weather conditions (with an average of 22°-26° Celsius) in spring or autumn. Please note our special offers, i.e. lower priced homes (for 4-5 persons maximum) without a pool, but all villas likewise in close of the sandy beach( less than 200m far from beach). Their prices vary from 290 Euro p.week in the months of april, may, june, september and october, to 980 Euro p.week in july and august, or even smaller homes accomodating 4-5 persons (for example our beach homes villa Kara Ben Nemsi, Heiderose, Mamotta and Fyrabig), they have a livingroom and 2-3 seperate bedrooms for 2 to 4 adults and 2 to 4 kids. Prices vary from 290 Euro p.week up to 750 Euro per week during the height of the season.* A single villa for 6 persons with an own large swimmingpool starts at 390.€ in the lower season untill 980.- € p. week at the main season.BookingAsking for reservation only by e-mail with your complete name, office and phone-number.Reservation/booking of our homes in Riomar can only be done by phone.After you've called us to confirm your booking we'll send you a rental-agreement with conditions in english language too.
