Ferienhaus Poderino Away from the most popular places in Tuscany in Castelnuova della Misericordia there is a idyllic summer residence for 4 – 5 people.„Il Poderino“ is situated on a hill. There is a phantastic view to all sides.Two ancient stone pines give shade on the patio. Our house is part of an old Tuscan farmer house. It borders directly on another house.The access road to the house is old and without tarmac, approx. 500 m with a lot of bumps. The car park is next to the house.The house consists of 4 rooms and the bathroom. The heating and hot water are ensured by gas. The entry takes you directly into the breakfast kitchen. Here you will find all necessary kitchen equipment, fridge, gas stove, coffee machine, toaster, pots and crockery for 4 – 6 people. The open fire invites you to cosy evenings in spring and autumn. There is a living room with a double bed sofa, a glass showcase and shelves. The winding stairs lead you to the 1st floor with a big and a small bedroom with 2 beds and a cupboard each. |

Then you find a billiard room with another fireplace and a small wine-cellar for guest use with a wide chooise of special Italian wines (not included in the rental fee). A utility room is equipped with washer, dryer, and iron. At this floor there is a bathroom with shower.On the first floor you find two double bedrooms with bathrooms inside with shower and tube (one of these is a jacuzzi). Then there is a twin bedroom with bathroom with shower and tube, and another twin bedroom with a faboulos terrace which looks into the swimming pool.On the second floor you find two double bedrooms, one with bathroom with shower and tube and one with shower only.
