| This huge holiday home is located just 1,5 km from the beach, in a very nice and little village with narrow streets and almost a mediaeval atmosphere. It is located about 4 km north of Esposende, one of the major bath resorts north of Oporto, and about 20 km south of Viana do Castelo, a beautyful city with an impressing history. The house can be rented just for 8 persons using only the main part of the house, or it can be rented for up to 14 persons including the basement which serves for up to 6 persons with its own kitchen, two bathrooms and three double bedrooms. In eather case, you will allways be the only tenant in the house, as the basement is not be rented seperately. Esposende is a very nice and beautiful holiday town, located between OPorto in the south (about 50 km), Viana do Castelo and Ponte de Lima in the North (25 km), as well as half an hour drive from the beautiful cities of Braga, and the world heritage city of Guimarães, the city, where Portugal has its founder roots. Two weeks of holidays will not be enough to see all the sights around this holiday home. The main house offers excellent facilities, especially the covered and glazed terrace with see view, snooker, indoor barbecue and some fitness equippment is outstanding. The living - dining room is huge, however the furniture is out of fashion. The kitchen is enormous, and fully equipped with washing mashine, dish washer, micrwave etc., and during the winter season, it is important to mention, that the entire house has a central heating system. The gateway offers parking space for several cars. |
