| The house "Casa Yolanda" is divided in two spacious apartments, and is located in a very quiet residential area, only about 1,5 km of the beach. The house has a big garden with terrace and barbecue, as well as one parking place for each apartment. The groundfloor apartment is suitable for maximum five persons (4+1), the apartment at the first floor for up to six. The house is situated ideally about 15 km south of the capital Lisbon, and in immediate proximity of innumerable beaches, which stretch from the Lisbon suburb "Costa de Caparica", as far as to the idyllic fisher place "Sesimbra". We do not want to miss the opportunity to recommend a trip to the mountain range "Serra da Arrábida", you won't regret it. Equipment ground floor : living-dining room with TV (only Portuguese programs), kitchen with washing machine, two double bed rooms (two double beds 140x185 cm) one emergency bedroom with one separate bed (80x185 cm) and a cot, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a terrace, and a shady garden.
