You can reach the wonderfull sandy beach in around 3 minutes drive. The Villa, which is surrounded from a very cultivated and completely fenced garden, has two comfortable stories which fits all in all at least 7 persons. At the ground floor are a kitchenette, livingroom with fireplace and air condition, tv. One sleepingroom with double bed, one sleepingroom with single bed plus a bathroom with shower/WC. Over an outside stair you reach the first floor with two more sleepingrooms, both with double beds (one is a queen-size-bed), a second bathroom with shower/WC such as a terrace with gazebo and gardenview. The about 35qm big main-veranda is ideal to relax outdoorsy or to enjoy a delicious dinner. Through the living room you reach a second, smaller, Veranda (15qm) with gardenview. The third Veranda (20qm) possesses over a barbecue and a little room with washing machine. Shopping facilities in about 3000m, Bar and restaurants in about 500m.
