For shared use: grounds 5'000 m2 with lawn, swimming pool (16 x 6 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Tennis, patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the complex: reception, bar, lounge, table-tennis, billiards table, games room, laundry. Towel change daily. Room cleaning on request (extra). 50 m footpath to the house. Parking in the grounds. Grocers 400 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Colares" 3 km, sandy beach "Praia das Maçãs" 100 m. Please note: the complex has night security. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence. Access to the beach via a non tarmac ramp.. Breakfast (6 euros/ person / day). Complex with 11 houses. Conference room.. Free change of linen for bookings of more than a week. The beds are made daily. Arriving by public transport: Train from Lisbon to Sintra, then take the bus to Praia Grande.
