House. 3 km from the centre of Loulé. For shared use: grounds 2 ha, garden 2'000 m2 (fenced) lawn and trees, swimming pool (17 x 6 m, 01.01.-31.12.). Outside shower, garden furniture. Parking. Grocers 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1 km. Grounds with 3 houses but the swimming pool is only for 2 houses. Distance of 50 m between the 2 houses, with uneven ground. The "Quinta do Lago" beach and "Vale do Lobo" is 10 km. Important: the outside is suitable for wheelchairs, the width of the doors is 75 cm. Regular maintenance of the garden and swimming pool by the finca owner.
