Ungestörter Natururlaub: Das Ferienhaus aus Holz liegt einsam auf einem ca. 10.000 qm großen Naturgrundstück in einer Höhenlage von 300 m. Es gibt keinen Strom und kein fließendes Wasser, hier ist ein kleiner Abenteuer-Urlaub mit Pumpe, Gas und Petroleum angesagt. Rund um Tingvatn gibt es sehr schöne markierte Wanderwege, aber auch Radtouren sind hier sehr gut möglich. Im großen See Lygna kann man baden und angeln. In der Region wird hauptsächlich auf Forelle und Bachsaibling gefischt, aber auch Lachsangeln ist im Spätsommer möglich.
