The magnificent ancient Roman cities of Vaison la Romaine, Orange and Carpentras with their wonderful monuments and lively shopping streets, studded with restaurant-terraces are well worth a visit, also Bédoin, at the foot of the Mont Ventoux in a wonderful countryside.
