La Schmetta-settlement is at 700m from village centre situated on a side street which is accessible all year long. From here you enjoy a great view to meadows, forests and the beautiful mountain panorama. Behind the house there is the skilift Crestas which is the starting point to the big skiing areas Scalottas, Danis and Stätzerhorn. In the evening you return by ski directly to your house.
 
In summertime you are in the middle of green nature and enjoy the beautiful mountain flora close to the nice forest. 10min. walk to the lake for swimming or golfing on the golf course.
