Parking by the house. Grocers, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 10 m, public bathing area 1 km. Tennis 1.5 km, skisport facilities 6.2 km. The county capital of Innsbruck is only 20 km away. Cycling and hiking/walking paths from the house. Numerous well-known ski resorts can be easily reached by car in about 20 minutes (e.g. Zillertal: 25 km, Alpbachtal 30 km). In summer, we provide 5 mountain bikes and in winter sledges (free)! Free ski lessons for children from 4-12 years (including ski pass and ski hire) by the Kellerjoch mountain and other nearby ski regions in winter 2011/12 (1 week minimum stay, except for the period between Christmas to New Year's and carnival week).
