| House “Thöny” is located in the centre of Arosa directly behind the train station right between the “Tschuggen-Ost” chair lift and the “Weisshorn” cable car station. The ski run down to the village finishes approx. 50 m from the house. The family holiday flat, located on the third floor, has a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The flat consists of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bright kitchen cum dining area sits 6-7 people. For small children, a high chair and cot are available. The large spacious bedroom has a double bed, two bunk beds (2 m length), a large fitted wardrobe and a dressing table. The small bedroom contains two single beds, fitted wardrobe and dressing table. The living room has a large settee and a bed sofa. In the fitted wall unit, there is cable TV, including English speaking channels, and DVD player. The apartment is suited for max. 6 adults or for 4 adults plus 2-3 children. For more persons the adjoining studio (1 room with cooking facilities, galerie with double bed, bath room with shower/toilet) can be rented as well. La casa "Thöny" si trova al centro di Arosa direttamente dietro la stazione dei treni e tra la stazione a valle "Tschuggen-Ost" e la funivia "Weisshorn". La discesa a valle in paese termina circa 50 metri dalla casa. L' appartamento famigliare si trova al 2o piano e offre vedute mozzafiato sulle montagne circostanti. L'appartamento ha 2 camere da letto, un soggiorno, una cucina e un bagno. Al tavolo da pranzo nella luminosa cucina c'è posto per 6 o 7 persone. Per i bambini piccoli sono disponibili una sedia alta per bambini e una culla. La camera da letto grande ha un ampio letto matrimoniale ( 2 piazze) e un letto a castello (2 piazze a 2 m di lunghezza), un grande armadio e un piccolo tavolo da makeup. La camera da letto piccola ha due letti singoli, un armadio e un piccolo tavolo da makeup. Nel salotto un grande divano e un divano letto offrono tanti posti a sedere. Nella combinazione da parete c'è un televisore collegato via cavo e un lettore DVD. |
