Use of the sauna in summer is payable locally. House/Residence Radstadt 4 km from Altenmarkt: Nice, comfortable country house, built in 2004, surrounded by meadows. Above Radstadt, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Radstadt, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 100 m from the lake, 300 m from the ski-run, in the countryside. For shared use: grounds, large garden, meadow, lawn sunning area, swimming pool (above ground) (01.06.-15.09.). Garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground. In the house: sauna, ski storage, central heating, washing machine, tumble dryer. Motor access to the house. In winter snow chains necessary. Parking by the house.
