The apartment is part of an indipendent villa located at the seaside in a holiday resort nearby Siracusa (historical city included in the UNESCO patrimony) and it is at walking distance to a sandy beach (50 meters). A larger equipped beach is at two min by car or 5 by byke. In the resort there is a bakery shop a bar+pizzeria and a grocery shop. More shops are at 5 km. The appartment has two bedrooms , a bathroom and a living room with American kitchen which opens on a big terrasse. It is at the first floor and has got an indipendent entrance. There is a garden around the house of about 700 mt. The house has been totally renovated in 2010.
