| Residence Meridiana A and B, built in July 2005, are located in a quiet residential area in Peschiera. They are located on opposite properties with a common driveway. The lake is only about 400 m from here. The nearest shops and restaurants are at about 200 m. Only about 900 m to the charming old town of Peschiera with its city walls, the pedestrian area and many shops, cafes and restaurants. The nearest beach is about 10 minutes walk from here. Each residence has its own swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with lawn, sunshades and loungers. On the ground floor, direct access to the apartments from the garden, on the first level access by outdoor staircases (no loud staircase!). Each residence includes parking in semi-open garage, which is provided with automatic door. This is a 3-room apartment, newly and modernly furnished, with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom and including dishwasher, oven, satellite TV, air conditioning, safe, washing machine (for a fee and on request). 3-room apartment for 5-6 people; on the ground floor (about 65 m2) entrance into the living room with 1-2 sofa beds, kitchenette and dining area. A door separates this area from the bedroom area, which comprises a double and twin room, each with small balcony, shower / toilet / bidet and garden terrace on the pool side. |
