| we rent to foreign families and quiet people a charming family villa on two levels in the south of Sardinia at 15 min from the airport (we can provide shuttle service), 300 meters from the nearest beach, 30 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of south Sardinia and 15 min from center of Cagliari (capital of the Island). The villa, owned by a retired military officer, is located in a very quiet and reserved place. The villa has 4 double rooms for a total of 8 beds, 2 baths (one with shower and one with Jacuzzi), large areas of indoor and outdoor relaxation and the possible use of kitchen utensils and service. the bedrooms are conditioned and soundproofed. there is also everything you need for your stay (towels, linen and miscellaneous). the cleaning of the linen can be requested with an extra charge. baby beds are available if requested for children up to 4 years of age. for children above it is mandatory the rent of another room. The garden, with lawn, is characterized by a large patio with chairs so you can enjoy the warm summer evenings, BBQ for your alfresco dining and outdoor shower. at Your arrival you will find a booklet with a description of all the amenities in the surroundings (restaurants, beaches, disco, acqua-fun parks, historical places, sports (golf, surf, riding), a list of useful places (hospital, apotheke, supermarket, etc.) and telephone contacs. enjoy! |
