| HH 558 Set in two acres of mediterranean oak and pine woodland, this beautiful countryside villa is in a part of Mallorca that remains unspoilt. Built in the last years with lovingly tended gardens an excellent entertaining space, is a place of enormous character, privacy and peace..... Es Lloquet offers guests generous space as well as a feeling of homeliness and tranquility. Inside there is a large livingroom, complete with woodburning stove for the cooler months, sound system and satellite television. Also on the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with marble work surfaces, stone sink, gas cooker, fridge freezer as well as inside and outside dining areas. To the rear is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a private entrance to the side terrace and garden. All the water to the house comes from Es Lloquet´s own freshwater well. Upstairs, the main bedroom, with a hand-made indonesian king-size bed, has a separate dressing area and itsown private balcony overlooking the swimming pool to the front. There is a further double bedroom with views over the countryside to the rear and also a second shower room. An enchanting pathway of stone steps past the barbecue area through the overhanging trees and down to the swimming-pool – clear blue water to cool you down after taking the sun. Surrounded by lawns the poolside has a shaded dining area, hammod and sun loungers. Es Lloquet is situated approx. 3.1 kilometers from Capdepera in the northeast, many splendid beaches all a short drive away (3-5km). There are also three 18hole golf courses within easy reach of 3-5km. If the peace and tranquility become too much the resort town of Cala Ratjada with marina, shopping-areas, restaurants and nightclubs is only 5 kilometers away. Most times of the year the owner lives in a small cottage on the grounde, out of sight of the main house. Pool and terraces are for sole use of the guests. approx. 160sqm. Ground floor: covered terrace with stylish dining area, open kitchen with dining area, open living area with fireplace, 1 double bedroom (french bed) with shower/WC (shower not separated).
