| Les Issambres is a famous bathing resort at the French Riviera and is only a few kilometers from St Tropez away. The holiday house is situated in a quietful housing area, on a closed and well-groomed property with private swimming pool (approx. 12 x 6 m). From this holiday home you have a wonderful view to the sea and the surrounding hills. Furnishings The house with a floor space of approx. 175 m² is on two levels and is furnished in a confortable way in the style of the landlord.. On the ground floor the fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, refrigerator incl. freezer, microwave and other necessary kitchen appliances. The living/dining room with open fire place and access to the terrace with outside furniture. In a small corner of the living room, separated by a bow made of natural stones, you find a cosy TV room with leather armchairs. Three bedrooms with a French double bed each, a bathroom with bath tub, independant toilets. On the lower floor, reached via outside stairs, two further bedrooms with a French double bed each and a bathroom with shower and toilets. A washing machine, a telephone for incoming calls, a SAT-TV, barbecue and a safe are available. Three bicycles are placed at the disposal of the guests free of charge.
