auf den Felsen des Dorischen Eleftherna This impressive large stone house, and a 33 sqm swimming pool has been built on solid rock within the traditional village of Eleftherna. The lofty hillside position of this house provides outstanding panoramic views across the mountainous landscapes, the scattered village houses and to the sea in the distance.The house, which is built on three floors, is approx. 250 sqm in size, and suitable for up to 10 people. The main entrance is reached by a flight of stone steps, leading up to the living/dining area with stone arch and open plan kitchenette. From the kitchen one reaches a spacious stone balcony with views. Throughout the villa there are wooden floors, beamed ceilings, and traditional furnishing. The seating area is equipped with a TV, and a stone fireplace for cooler evenings. On this level, beneath the wooden staircase, there is a WC. The staircase leads to a spacious double bedroom with small ensuite shower/WC. French doors lead to a sun terrace with impressive views (not suitable for small children). Off the living/dining area a steep wooden staircase leads down to a further three bedrooms (two triple and one double). One of the triple bedrooms has a balcony with access to the pool via two short flights of stairs. The double bedroom has its own covered balcony with views of the surrounding area. Further to this there is a shower/WC and a bath/WC with washing machine. In the little gardens at the side there is a barbecue area with a Cretan stone oven.There are two tavernas in the village, and kafenion approx. 200 metres away. The nearest sandy beach, and further tavernas and shops can be found in Stavromenos, at a distance of approx. 12km (here the shops are open also at the weekends)or in the small town of Perana, 7 km about. This is a historic area with archaeological sites, and a Roman water cistern nearby. For those who enjoy walking there is a superb 2-hour hike from Eleftherna to the famous Monastery of Arkadi. Car hire is essential. FRANCAISECette énorme et impressionnante maison de pierre avec sa piscine de 33 m², construite sur une roche solide, a été conçue et construite par le propriétaire, un talentueux maître-maçon , à l’intérieur de son village natal d’Elefterna. La situation de la villa Charaki vous donne de magnifiques vues panoramiques sur le paysage montagneux, le village et au loin la mer.La superficie de la maison est d’environ 250 m² et est conçue pour 10 personnes. L’entrée principale est rejoint par un escalier de pierre qui vous mène à un petit patio. Le salon/salle à manger sont rejoints par un vaste passage voûté et depuis la cuisine on accède à un balcon en pierre avec de belles vues. D’un bout à l’autre de la villa, il y a des planchers en bois, des plafonds avec des poutres et des meubles traditionnels, tout ça marqués par des détails attentionnés. Un petit coin- salon confortable est équipé d’une cheminée en pierre pour les hivers un peu frais et d’une télévision. A cet étage, en-dessous les escalier en bois se trouve un wc. Des portes coulissantes nous conduisent sur une grande terrasse avec de belles vues qui n’est pas sécurisante pour les petits enfants. Depuis le salon/salle à manger un escalier en bois nous conduit à l’étage inférieur où se trouve 3 chambres dont 2 triples et une double. Une des chambres triples dispose d’un balcon avec un accès direct à la piscine. La chambre double a un balcon couvert avec de belles vues sur les environs. Juste à coté, il y a une douche/wc et une baignoire/wc ainsi qu’un lave-linge. Dans le petit jardin il y a un barbecue avec un four à bois et au–delà en hauteur une piscine.Dans le village, il y a 2 tavernes et un kafénion à seulement 100 m. Les longues plages de sables de Stavromenos sont situées approximativement à 12 km. traditionelles Dorfhaus This traditional Cretan house is located in the centre of the village of Pigi, 2000 metres from the nearest sandy beach and about 10 km from the town of Rethymnon. The house is a spacious 140sqm and is suitable for 6 people. It has been carefully and attractively restored very much in keeping with its original character, and has its own unique and simple charm. From the entrance of the house one enters the living/kitchen area, with fully equipped kitchen , microwave and washing machine, stone fireplace, satellite TV, stereo with CD, a sofa and sofa bed. There is a telephone for incoming calls, and air conditioning (4 units) is available at an extra local charge. The first floor has one bedroom with double bed, bath/WC and balcony . Haus Bianca Kreta Villa Bianca is a new built squeaky clean apartment site in Sfakaki/Rethymnon with two studios on the ground floor and a large flat with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and 4 balconies on the first and second floor. The site has a private swimming pool with children's pool and is protected against the small road by a large olive grove.The crystal clear Mediterranean is only 500 m apart. There is a beautiful sandy beach with shady trees. If you are lucky you can watch the rare sea turtle Caretta-Caretta there.The supermarket and the bus stop are in 2 minutes walking distance.You can reach Rethymnon by car in 10 minutes.The airports of Hania and Heraklion are each in about 75 km distance.The large flat, which is perfectly suitable for small groups upto 6 or 7 persons, has 64 sm on the first floor with a spacious living room area with sofas, a dining table, open fireplace, SAT TV,card phone and a balcony. The adjacent large balconies have a table and two chairs each.The studios downstairs will be only rented if its are members of the party for the whole house, or if the renters of the flat agree about that before, otherwise they stay free.Now something else:We are used to inform, to talk about everything open and here at this site you will get the details and information like they are…………..Along the whole Nortcoast of Crete is running the new road, giving much better traffic connection to all people and of course this road is running about 200 meter down from the house. You will not find this information in prospect about Crete, but we have to talk about it,and its not so bad, but each human is different………….You can say ok, so we go better into the South or into the villages………….,but don’t forget, here there are other things maybe disturbing one………..,in the South there is mostly strong wind, have you ever heard this wind during night blwing along the coast or falling down from the mountains………..,or somewhere there is a disco or something else which is open long time during night, closed by and nowbody is writing, talking about that…………..have you heart ever in the villages the cocks,the donkeys or the dogs during night……..and do you know what happened if one starts………..In the house its realy not bad andyou cant imagine that you will not hear anything if doors and windows are closed. |

Tersanas Village (Appartments) !!! Psaropoula - Bali - Haus des Fischers BALI,in the middle between Heraklion + Rethymnon,overlooking the bay, only 50 m from the small sandy beach,here you will find the house of the fisherman,and at the groundfloor the family tavern ,famous,but mostly the Cretans only know it.Simple small, clean rooms,fridge, with private facilities + shower for 1 up to 3 guests.In the area,some other beaches,mostly hidden inbetween the rocks,in the village the fisherharbour,small shops,taverns, a monastery,only a walk,this is Bali,this is Psaropoula.This was originally a small fishing hamlet, but over the years has grown into a bustling tourist village, with pretty white houses and lots of flowers set closely around little hillsides, overlooking the little fishing harbour and the sea. The delightful way in which this tucked away village hugs the coastline of hills and valleys makes it a very attractive and romantic spot, with restaurants and tavernas jumbling together close to the waters edge. Life is easy going and simple with lots of opportunity to balk in the sun or to enjoy the clear calm sea at number of tiny sand and shingle beaches, and Bali offers a large choice of tavernas, restaurants, little shops, and a disco. One of the little coves is for naturist sun bathing. It is 32 km to Rethymno and about 46 km to Heraklion or 45 minute drive, with the main highway just about 2 km out of the village and a regular bus service on the highway to both towns. From Bali there are plenty of worthwhile sightseeing opportunities, for example the Melidoni cave in the traditional mountain village of Margarites, or the old pottery works.Car/minibus rental from/to ports/airports all over Crete can be organized too.For some properties its possible that our driver will bring you at arrival to your accommodation………..FRABCAISELa petite pension du pêcheur avec la taverne vraiment de Crète domestique se trouve presque sur le milieu entre Heraklion et Rethymnon, directement au-dessus de la baie protégée de Bali, 50 m au-dessous de la petite plage de sable, avec les regards magnifiques sur la mer, les petites îles disposées minuscules, la baie + les montagnes dans le rez-de-chaussée de simples pièces pour 1 - vous trouvez 3 invités avec la douche / WC dans la 1ère canne(le 1ère étage) pour descendre à la plage de sable l'escalier, en plus on n'a pas vraiment besoin de se changer chaque fois. D'autres plus petites baies se joignent, le noyau local avec le port de pêche, de petites tavernes typiques + à des affaires(magasins) cache entre le rocher et du sable partiel, de certain gravier, alors. L'arrêt d'autobus est éloigné 2 km, une voiture de loyer ....... arrive des idées personnelles, des intérêts(des pour-cent), un petit, cloître bien restauré peu visité se trouvent dans la distance de promenade. Un logement, où vous n'attendez sûrement aucune pièce très équipée, mais saube et la position(situation) extraordinaire, une super vue, le repas de Crète véritable, de courts chemins à la plage, où les personnes(gens) sont aimables aux enfants encore vraiment, où les parents ne doivent pas s'accroupir dans la pièce, si l'enfant dort, où l'appel de bébé sans problèmes jusqu'à la taverne suffit ...............Bali se trouve à l'une des plus belles baies de la côte septentrionale et est éloigné en voiture environ 45 minutes d'Heraklion. Avant c'était seulement un petit village de pêcheurs minuscule. Aujourd'hui, on trouve des tavernes, restaurants, affaires(magasins), pensions et hôtels. Il y a aussi une petite plage de nudisme et, entre temps, même un Disco. Bref : Bali était découvert. Pourtant, la vie est calme et est restée primitivement. Cet endroit se propose avant tout pour des rats d'eau et adorateurs de soleil. De Bali de, beaucoup d'excursions avantageuses se proposent, ainsi par exemple à la cavité Milidoni, dans le petit village de montagne traditionnel Margarites dans lequel le vieux métier de potier maintiendra encore ainsi qu'Anogia dans Ida . Sont à recommander à l'avenir des randonnées et excursions après Panormo, Rethymnon et Fodele, la ville natale du célèbre peintre El Greco. Après les jours de plage étendus ou d'autres entreprises, vous pouvez faire vous achever le soir dans l'une des tavernes innombrables et jouir des spécialités de Crète, et aussi des vues romantiques sur la belle baie. |

Les propriétaires des appartements occupent le premier étage et les autres appartements se trouvent au rez-de-chaussée.Les 4 appartements sont garnis dans un style crétois et offrent de très belles vues sur la mer. A : 1 studio pour 2 personnes composé d’1 chambre/living avec lits jumeaux, coin cuisine, douche/WC et véranda donnant sur le jardin et d’où vous pourrez vous rendre directement à la plage. B : 1 appartement pour 2 à 3 personnes avec 1 chambre à 2 lits, living avec divan-lit encastré, petite cuisine, douche/WC et terrasse ensoleillée sur le jardin qui donne aussi un accès direct à la plage. C : 2 appartements pour 3 à 4 personnes comprenant chacun 2 chambres avec lits jumeaux, living avec petite cuisine, douche/WC et terrasse jardin ensoleillée avec accès direct sur la plage. Vous trouverez 2 tavernes à 250 m mais un plus grand choix de tavernes et magasins vous est proposé à Georgioupolis et à Rethymno.Un service de bus régulier vous y emmènera toutes les demi-heures.Une voiture est toutefois conseillée.Les appartements sont nettoyés 1 fois par semaine et les draps sont changés 2 fois par semaine. |
